I build digital products, enjoy untangling messy processes, and have very little patience for repetitive work that should have been automated already.
Over the years I have worked across engineering, product thinking, and founder-style execution. The part I enjoy most is not just shipping code, but assembling the whole system: understanding the problem, removing unnecessary complexity, and turning an idea into something people can actually use.
The themes I keep returning to are:
- shipping and simplifying digital products instead of making them clever for their own sake;
- combining product judgment with hands-on implementation, especially in mobile and user-facing flows;
- using AI, Telegram bots, automation, and self-hosted tools as working infrastructure rather than decoration;
- writing honestly about what works, what stalls, and what has to be rebuilt.
I prefer understandable systems over magic, steady processes over chaos, and tools that save time every week instead of looking impressive in a short demo. That is also how this site is structured:
- the home page is the short introduction;
- the blog holds the long-form notes, cases, and breakdowns;
- social channels carry only short announcements and links.
